Who doesn’t like their RV looking shiny and new? The problem is, it’s so much work! Up and down the ladder and for me burning out my shoulders and back. Today we have Justin Madrid from JM Auto Styling on the show. Justin is an RVer and finds detailing cars, trucks, boats, and RVs very therapeutic for the mind. This is great for us who do not feel the same. Justin talks about how why he decided to put RVs into the mix of vehicles he details especially considering they can take up to three times as long to complete and require tools that you wouldn’t necessarily need to detail a car.

Justin also takes things a step further by going to the customer. He is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and will travel everywhere in the Greater Albuquerque area.

Justin had this to say when talking about the benefits of him going to the customer,

“Typically, I will travel to someone’s home, which has been most of my work. I haven’t had any requests to go to a campground, but I have no problem going there to get a detail done. I found that sometimes it’s a little bit easier if they have outside access at their house and the trailers already dropped there. It’s easy to show up and get it done. It’s a low-stress setting for the customer. There is no need to hook it up and drive it somewhere and then need to come back and pick it up when it’s done. It’s fast and convenient for the customer.” – Justin Madrid, Owner of JM Auto Styling.

Justin offers a variety of detail packages, from just a clean and wax all the way to a restoration, where he uses different types of pads and chemicals to remove the oxidation from an RV caused by sun damage. This is what Kenny had done to his RV. Justin brought Kenny’s RV back to a condition he never thought possible.

Justin really enjoys what he does and the look on the faces of happy customers when they tell them their RV is ready. He hopes to expand the company and help the RV community keep their RV looking great for years.
